Transmission

Suspension

Cylinder with large pore diameter and low pressure nitrogen gas/oil structure, less maintenance workload, long service life.
2.Front Cylinder has a preset of the kingpin caster angle and the front of the cylinder of front wheel camber angle is installed on the frame, to play to the role of the king pin in a hurry, good handling, less maintenance workload.
3.Rear cylinder can make axle swinging, to use to absorb bending and torsion stress for uneven and rough transportation road, to prevent the stress from the main frame.
Brake
1.Assembled the service brake, parking brake, vehicle parking, emergency brake, retarder and VVEB,selecting the braking type according to the braking need to ensure the safety.
2.80-90% parking brake is carried by hydraulic retarder to reduce the brake usage, otherwise, leading to brake failure and tire blow-out caused by brake drum over-temperature.
3.Changed the traditional braking, relieved driver tension, reduce the endurance strength. Don't need to frequently replace the brake pads and extend the tire life, reduce the maintenance cost.
4.The exhaust brake controlled by independent double circuit is used under the speed less than 5km/h. No need to assemble the water-spraying devic
5.When the air pressure below 0.45mp, emergency brake will work by automatically. The parking brake is controlled by the brake switch.
Frame-Full Fabricated Box Section Design
Use full fabricated box section design, welded together by high strength plate which has integral front bumper, semi-closed gantry beam, rear beam by aluminothermic welding combing integral structure. Tires
The tubeless, deep patterns standard construction machinery tires. Wear-resisting, resistance to cut, more suitable for domestic mining roads. Special condition, you can contact the tyre manufacturer, tailor, get the best use effect.
Steering

Centralized Lubrication System
A centralized lubrication system is a system accurately distributing exactly the required grease volume to multiple lubrication points.
Tire Pressure Monitoring System(TPMS)
1.TPMS is the currently only to provide effective monitor tire pressure and tire temperature equipment at any time.Timely monitor the change of the tire temperature and pressure at ordinary times, if you have any abnormal situation occurs, through the host receiving to abnormal warning. Advantages compared to traditional cargo box structure:
